Ethics
Our Corporate and Social Responsibility policy lays great emphasis on ethics. For several years Artelia has been employing a very strict internal integrity policy based on the application of OECD and UN directives.
ETHICS COMMITTEE
An eight-member Ethics Committee was set up as of 2010 to cover the full range of Artelia’s activities. Its primary function is to enlighten the General Management on ethical matters and handle ethical issues when they arise.
Any business unit manager or employee faced with an ethical matter can refer it to the Ethics Committee confidentially. Our aim is never to leave an employee alone to deal with an ethical issue to which there is no clear answer.
