Positive climate agenda for France’s regions
One year before the major international climate conference to be held in Paris in December 2015, Artelia’s climate and energy unit was appointed by the Association of French Regions (ARF) to draw up a “Positive Climate Agenda”, grouping together the best practices deployed by France’s 27 regional authorities along with a climate policy statement.
