To build an original approach to engineering, project management and consultancy, and offer clients new solutions, Artelia is developing a dynamic R&D and Innovation strategy drawing on the experience of Coteba and Sogreah, which have both left their individual hallmarks on their respective activity sectors through key innovations and active contributions to the R&D community.
In this issue especially dedicated to R&D, you will discover numerous projects which testify to Artelia’s commitment to Research and Innovation.
France’s national week for employment of the disabled
Artelia is actively involved in improving diversity in the workplace. In this context and in the realm of the group’s founding values, it has established a policy for integrating and accompanying disabled persons, formalised in an agreement signed in May 2012.
During France’s national week for employment of the disabled, which took place in November, the group presented this policy to its staff members via a communication event which took on various forms: a play presented by a professional troop of actors, presentations given on key figures and group commitments, posters to raise awareness on the issue, and hand-outs of the group policy.
Artelia’s staff members provided positive feedback further to their participation in this event. For the group, this occasion marked a step forward in proactively implementing its commitments concerning disability in the workplace.
