We have acquired a wealth of experience in remodelling and refurbishing luxury hotels, often incorporating listed historic features requiring projects to be managed accordingly. We also help implement lifestyle concepts such as aparthotels, and convert office blocks or historic buildings into hotels.

Drawing on our environment and green building experts, we also propose programmes to reduce the carbon footprints of hotels and resorts.
