Our know-how in the fields of engineering and consultancy stems from a wide range of experience and successful projects involving all modes of urban transport including train and tram-train, metro, tramway, bus rapid transit (BRT), and cable transport.

We have specific expertise in all the facets of their infrastructure: tracks and track beds, roads, various networks, urban development, rolling stock, civil engineering, engineering structures, underground structures, and maintenance and stabling facilities (workshops, depots, etc.). Our teams also handle all the power supply systems (HV/LV electricity supply, substations, rectifier stations, overhead transmission lines, etc.) and data cabling systems (signalling, centralised control systems, safety, operating and information equipment, etc.).

Acting as a partner to Société du Grand Paris, we provided general project management services for creation of the Grand Paris Express driverless metro network. This is one of the largest urban mobility projects in Europe, calling on more than a hundred Artelia employees. Alongside our involvement in infrastructure construction, extension and upgrading projects, we also work with transport agencies on the management of their network and equipment assets.
