A TANGIBLE, AMBITIOUS CSR POLICY, EVALUATED ON AN ANNUAL BASIS

In the face of the climate crisis, environmental disruption and the slow pace of progress on human rights, we have made corporate social responsibility (CSR) one of the cornerstones of our development. We have hence drawn up a policy with a set of ambitious environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments, and rolled out an internal organisation dedicated to integrity, compliance and CSR management.
Our CSR policy is built around four pillars broken down into 20 quantified targets that we have undertaken to meet by 2025. We have our efforts assessed by an independent organisation specialising in this area (EcoVadis) and issue an annual ‘Communication on Progress’ under our commitment to the United Nations Global Compact. Stepping up our action against climate change, we have also signed up to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

ECOVADIS GOLD RATING

With a score of 77 points / 100, we are in the top 3% of the 130,000 companies evaluated. This earned us a gold medal, awarded to the top 5% of all companies assessed. This result reflects the Group’s commitments in the following 4 areas: Environment, Social and Human Rights, Governance and Responsible Purchasing!

ACTIVE MEMBER OF
THE GLOBAL COMPACT

As an active member of the United Nations Global Compact since 2018, we contribute actively to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) while respecting the ten universal principles relating to human rights, labour rights, the environment and the fight against corruption.

COMMITTED TO
THE SBTI PROCESS

In signing up to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), we undertook to step up our efforts to curb our greenhouse gas emissions. The SBTi helps companies adhere to the IPCC recommendations and the targets enshrined in the Paris agreement to rein in global warming.
